WISCONSIN: Criminal Court Jurisdiction Over 17 Year-Olds

This memo clarifies the use of reverse waiver for 17-year-olds in Wisconsin and explains that juvenile offenders who violate state criminal laws generally have their cases addressed by juvenile courts.
